Almost California
Today me, my brother, and my mom were supposed to leave for California but we have to stay because my dad has a herniated disc in his back. This basically means he can barely even sit down, let alone drive himself any where. So, we stay. It's a shame too, because I was looking forward to some sun instead of the constant rain we've had at my house, but my 14 year old cousin Emma is still coming (picture below) and that should be good. The last time we went to California was three years ago and we also went to California and Oregon which was really fun (pics also below).

I'm glad to say that our first performance of Peter Pan went fairly well, except for this one scene where pirates forgot their lines. I am a pirate, but I was already dead so I claim complete lack of responsibility for this. Oh well, otherwise it went great. P.S. I'd just like to tell Hannah and/or Peter if you read this that I've read all of your comments on your computer club blogs. P.P.S. Below is a very fuzzy picture of the Peter Pan cast. So today was paint and set day for the production of Peter Pan which I'm in, and this one girl accidentally painted herself green. Also i didn't realize that paint carries through fabric; so my abdomen is currently partly black. At the play the female to male ratio is 2 to 1, which isn't too hard on me, and all the leading roles except for Captain Hook are played by girls including Peter Pan who murders me, a pirate. Embarrassingly Peter is played by a girl about 3/4 of my height (no offense Lily if you read this), but to my defense the cabin is "black as a pit" (a line from the play). Anyone who wants to see it is welcome to although it may be sold out and it would be a long drive for most of the people who read this. The performances are on August 1st, 2nd, and 3rd.
